Book Review: The Mahabharata Secret

Being totally thunderstruck after reading the book, The Krishna Key by Ashwin Sanghi, I decided to start yet another amazing book, The Mahabharata Secret by Christopher C. Doyle.

I started a few days back, even though I couldn’t give much time to it due to my other main project, but it is such an amazing blend, I could not resist the crazy temptation. The book starts with Asoka the Great who discovers an ancient and horrifying secret..a secret buried deep in the Mahabharata! This secret if discovered can end up ruining the entire world. It was hidden and kept safe away from people for over 2300 years.

When this secret is discovered, how it endangers the life of a retired Nuclear Scientist and ends up being murdered is portrayed in a brutal manner. The scientist anticipated his murder and thus left clues to his nephews for solving them. To avenge his Uncle’s death, he with his friend follow a path of twists and turns to discover the SECRET yet again. This book combines the discovery of the hidden secret of the Mahabharata and the present day scenario in a thrilling manner.

A must read for all the history lovers and especially my mother who got crazily stuck with Krishna Key! 🙂
