Three flat mates in London begin to see how different their lives are and at the same time how similar their backgrounds. And when life begins to deal its rough cards, how easy things become when they are all together!
Ali is a Pakistani chef with the dream of setting up his own nihari restaurant. Shehzad is a cool tattoo artist from Bangladesh with a broken past and Rishi is an Indian with nondescript skills and trying to hide himself from the world.
They all make one mistake—that of falling in love—with the same girl. They become arch-rivals. But when their worlds turn topsy-turvy, they have no one but each other to turn to, learning that love is as much about letting go as it is about possessing.
Equally thoughtful as it is entertaining, sensitive as it is quirky, Love Curry is a glimpse of life truly to its fullest!

The story talks about 3 South Asian guys who struggle about almost everything, in a rather funny way. Although the men are from different countries, backgrounds, and professions, the crucial link that joins them all together is food and cooking. Can you believe it!  Oh, and the three men go all ga-ga over the same lady in the UK and trying their luck out kinda backfires on to them. Their story usually revolves around India Pakistan and Bangladesh contention and talk especially when a cricket coordinate is in advance. There comes an unexpected twist in the second half and how this affects the lives of all those involved and how it finally takes the story to a rather crazy turn.

It is a fun read, a good humor and it was pretty easy to finish. From the start, the book was I would say very interesting. One might surely think it’s the usual romantic kinda funny book but it totally changes its course towards the end. When three men end up being after the same girl, it is hilarious. But weirdly, they fight for something so trivial but gets close when the time requires. The funny part about this book, the food revolving around it, hehe I loved it so much. A combination of almost anything and everything, love, and life and everything in between.

The title, Love Curry is actually apt for this book. The way the author, Pankaj Dubey has written down the book, it appreciable. The writting style is smooth and easy to grasp with not much fancy words. Although I ain’t much of a romance reader this book was a fun read thus I could easily read it. For anyone who wants a light read, easy peasy read wants a bit of humor in life, this book is something one should pick up.
